State Goals / Standards
State Goal 19: As a result of their schooling, students will acquire movement skills and understand concepts needed to engage in health enhancing physical activity. Standard 19 A: Students will be able to demonstrate competency in individual and team sports, creative movement and leisure and work related activities. State Goal 20: As a result of their schooling, students will achieve and maintain a health enhancing level of physical fitness based upon continual self-assessment. Standard 20 A: Students will be able to know and apply the principles and components of health related fitness.
